New Titles Added Monthly
Thanks to the completion of a vast new software facility, written especially for our 'Zeus' database, newly published titles from many different publishers are now imported into the system with great accuracy and (comparative) ease. This is now achievable (at last) thanks (originally) to Nick King's "rich bibliographical data feed" which we were proud to subscribe to, replaced more recently by the MPA's CDRom data feed.
The first two 'live' imports were undertaken with terrific success, adding nearly 1,000 new titles published between December 2007 and January 2008. Monthly imports of a similar size continue.
The potential of the new resource has also been harnessed to address some of the holes in our original database. For example: Peters Edition, Breitkoft and other serious catalogues.
A growing number of Zeus dealers are now expert at adding new titles, instruments, accessories, CDs and gifts to Zeus, and updating and supplementing information on existing products too.
